本頁說明 Algo Forest 開發的 Algo Forest AI Support 應用程式（以下稱「本 App」）的使用者，如何要求刪除我們所持有的個人資料，以及我們會刪除與可能保留的資料類型。

如何要求刪除您的資料

會刪除的資料類型

• 帳號聯絡資料：本 App 客服系統中的電子郵件地址、姓名／暱稱，以及與會員編號的對應關係。
• 通訊內容：您與 AI 客服之間的所有對話訊息（文字）。
• 圖片：您在本 App 中上傳或即時拍攝並送出的圖片。

若您要求刪除在本 App 的全部使用紀錄，上述資料將一併刪除。

可能保留的資料與保留期限

• 除以下情形外，刪除完成後我們不會保留上述資料的任何副本。
• 若因法令要求、稅務／帳務需要或爭議處理而必須保留特定紀錄，我們會在回覆您的請求時，明確告知保留的資料類型與保留期限，並於該目的消滅後立即刪除。
• 本 App 不含廣告或行為分析 SDK，因此沒有裝置識別碼、廣告 ID 或使用軌跡需要刪除。

關於您的會員主帳號

您在 Algo Forest 的會員主帳號（Signals 頁面會員帳號）由 Algo Forest 會員系統管理，不在本 App 客服系統之內。若您也希望刪除或停用該會員帳號，請在同一封請求信中註明，我們將依會員合約與相關法令協助您處理。

This page explains how users of the Algo Forest AI Support application (the "App"), developed by Algo Forest, can request deletion of the personal data we hold, which data types are deleted, and what may be retained.

How to request deletion of your data

Data types that will be deleted

• Account contact data: the email address, name/nickname and membership reference held in our support system for the App.
• Communications: all text messages exchanged with the AI customer-support assistant.
• Photos: images you uploaded or captured and sent within the App.

If you request deletion of your entire usage history in the App, all of the above will be deleted together.

Data that may be retained and retention period

• Other than in the cases below, we do not retain any copy of the data listed above once deletion is complete.
• Where we are required by law, or need records for tax/accounting or dispute resolution, we will tell you exactly which data types are retained and for how long in our reply, and delete them as soon as that purpose ends.
• The App contains no advertising or analytics SDK, so there are no device identifiers, advertising IDs or usage tracks to delete.

About your main membership account

Your main Algo Forest membership account (the Signals Page member account) is managed by Algo Forest's membership system and sits outside the App's support system. If you also wish to delete or close that membership account, please state so in the same request email and we will assist in line with the membership agreement and applicable law.
